Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of exterior cleaning services provided by Clean Exteriors ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are based on information provided and/or a site inspection. Quotes are valid for 30 days. The quoted price is fixed unless the scope changes at your request, site conditions differ materially from those assumed, or additional services are requested on the day. All variations will be discussed and agreed before additional work proceeds.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Bookings are confirmed via written confirmation by email or SMS. We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to severe weather that would compromise safety or result quality, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative date.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations more than 24 hours before the job: No charge.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: A fee of up to $85 may apply to cover scheduling costs.
• No access on the day: A call-out fee may apply if our team cannot access the property or water supply.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to ensure a working outdoor tap and water supply is available; remove vehicles, pets, outdoor furniture and fragile items from the work area; ensure all windows and doors are closed; advise us of any known surface damage, asbestos-containing materials or fragile finishes; and ensure safe access to all areas to be cleaned.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Overdue invoices may attract late payment fees and may be referred to a debt recovery service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will return to re-clean any areas that did not meet the agreed standard at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, staining beyond the capability of cleaning to remove, or areas not included in the original quote.

7. Liability

Clean Exteriors carries $20 million public liability insurance. Our liability is limited as follows: we are not liable for damage from pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Queensland law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
